Jan Ness

Jan has enjoyed working with sellers and buyers in the Thief River Falls area for over 40 years! Growing up in the small town of Littlefork, prior to moving to Thief River Falls, helped to set a strong foundation for the importance of community and instilled the ethics of the “Golden Rule”. She is committed to help educate sellers and buyers in the process of a transaction and to be there from start to finish to help pave a smooth path to closing. Jan says being a part of the sellers moving on to other adventures and buyers joy and excitement of purchasing a new home, commercial building or land is a highlight of her career. Meeting new people and forming new relationships and friendships has been the greatest gift of being a Realtor.
